sapi_textless_lipsync::sapi_textless_lipsync ( phoneme_estimator * pEstimator )

constructor with estimator object
This method constructs the lipsync object with a phoneme_estimator
This will be used to hueristically spread the phonemes across the word time stamp.
Parameters:
